Office Closure ATTENTION

Tampa Bay Uveitis Center closed its offices on July 30, 2022. We are NOT accepting new patients or seeing any previous patients at this time and will not be responding to inquiries for new patient care. 

The office will be corresponding via email only. For previous patients requesting records, please provide the new physician's name and fax number via email. Those requesting records for personal use must send consent via email for record release. Records will be sent once a week through 12/2022.
